Griffith Bag Company: Our History

Lynn Griffith opened Griffith Bag Company in 1953. The company has always been located in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Lynn began by recycling burlap and cotton bags from local farmers. He sold these bags to local mills to package feed and grain.

Griffith Bag Company supplies local and nationwide businesses, shipping more than 10 million products in the last year.

Today, Griffith Bag Company sells many different types of bags and products to a large range of industries, including the agricultural, industrial, and horticultural sectors.

The business is now run by Lynn's son, Greg Griffith, and Service Representative Ron Elyard.
